Delivery of Products Policy

We will use our reasonable endeavours to despatch Products within 10 days of your shop order. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date, particularly where the relevant Product is not in stock. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of Products will be dispatched within 30 days of your order.

The method of delivery will normally be by national / international courier however there are many alternatives to choose from, including the use of your own courier or customer collection. You are strongly advised to specify what delivery method you require on your order and / or request a quotation including all courier costs.

 

Risk and Title

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you on the delivery of the Products.

 

Defective Products and Refunds

In the event of faulty goods being received, you are required to provide written information to be received by us within 10 working days of the despatch date of the Products to you. In this event we will initially arrange for a replacement unit to be despatched to you as quickly as possible and we will refund the costs you incur to return the Products to us. If an unacceptable delay (over 10 working days) is expected before the new unit can be despatched, then we will offer you a full refund including the cost of sending the Products to you and the cost of returning the Products to us.

Any refunds will be paid within 5 working days of receipt by us of the faulty Products, however this is subject to an examination of the Product. If it is found that the fault(s) is not due to faulty parts or manufacture then the normal charges for the repair will be incurred and the keyboard returned once payment has been received. Any refund will normally be made to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.

Any goods returned in saleable condition within 7 days of purchase can be exchanged or refunded.

Goods returned after 7 but within 28 days of purchase, can be exchanged against other goods or a credit note will be issued.

After 28 days of purchase no goods can be exchanged or refunded.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
