PROPERTY OF THE GOODS The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of PCD Maltron Ltd and title and legal and equitable ownership shall not pass to the purchaser until full payment is received by PCD Maltron Ltd.
WARRANTY Maltron Keyboards are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from the date of despatch. PCD Maltron Ltd undertakes to remedy free of charge by repair or replacement any defects in goods covered under this warranty provided that:- a) The purchaser notifies PCD Maltron Ltd of such defect; b) The purchaser returns the goods (carriage paid) to PCD Maltron Ltd; c) The goods have not been subjected to accidental or malicious damage or fair wear and tear.
