Introducing g k l q u
Key both g and q with the index finger, k with the ring finger, l with the little finger and u with the thumb.
As you start to use keys that are not on the home row you will find the finger movements feel strange. The reason for this is that moving your finger straight up and down uses a better combination of muscles than going up and down diagonally as is normal for the flat qwerty keyboard. Since you are using muscles in a new way - please don't forget to take breaks to relax and stop when your hand feels tired.
