Introducing l and the full stop.
Key each line at least twice.
Key this next line at least three times.
Have you had a break recently? If not now is a good time to relax. Let your hands hang down by your side and stretch and shake them gently to help the blood circulation. Try standing up and stretching your arms, and rolling your head gently to exercise your neck. If you have a window rest your eyes a little by looking outside for half a minute.
If you have had an RSI injury in the past please - if practical - when you are tired avoid keying on any type of keyboard.
