Mental health warning: In general these words are exercises for your fingers, there is no intent that the words should make sense as sentences - even though sometimes it may look as if they could make sense. If they make sense to you then you probably need a break!
Eye Muscles
When you are looking at the screen OR looking at your fingers on the keyboard, or at anything close up in the office then one set of muscles in your eyes is working all the time to keep the focus distance short. You can rest this set of eye muscles by looking out the window at something far away! (A different set of muscles is then working.) A quick look out the window every few minutes is actually going to be good for your eye muscles and reduce some kinds of eye strain if you are working in an office all day. Don't look out the window for too long - you have more exercises to do here!
