If you are using the mouse to go from page to page then we really recommend you try using the TAB key and Return key. In Windows the TAB key usually moves you around from one button or input field to another. Shift and TAB together will move you around in the other direction. Most computer mice are very unergonomic and need you to twist your hand away from the neutral position and this can cause wrist pain in some people - so using the TAB key and the Return key can be a useful alternative (a change is sometimes as good as a rest).
The Return key is also sometimes called the Line-Feed or Carriage-Return key or NewLine or the Enter key.
