Key each row three times - try keying faster than usual:
If you want to be fast then you must train your fingers at the speed you need. This means trying to key quickly - and you must ignore your mistakes in training. If you make a mistake repeat the whole row. Do not watch your fingers.
Do not practice keying when your hand or arm or shoulder feels tired. Remember that other work - such as carrying things - also may tire your hand, arm or shoulder too.
