Exercise 8a:
Key each line three times.
These sentences are all Alphabetical - they exercise your knowledge of where the keys are. If this is your first time with this exercise then do not worry about the mistakes. If this is not your first time then when you see you are making mistakes you should try repeating the word in the sentence again - perhaps more slowly - to get the correct key.

Do not rest the palms of your hands while keying. If you are making many errors - relax! Try just fingering the whole sentence - watching your fingers - then keying slowly without watching your fingers. Remember to use the mini-movements. When you have your error rate reduced then you can try keying faster.
