Remember - Do not rest your palms while keying. Also try to use mini movements of the fingers. The shape of the keyboard brings the keys closer to your fingers so you do not need to move your hand as much as before. The fingers can more easily reach the keys without the hand moving at the same time. This makes it easier for you to keep your fingers on the home row.
